And somewhere along the way, wellness stopped feeling empowering and started feeling like one more thing you're failing at.

This became personal long before it became my profession.
In my early twenties, I started dealing with painful cystic acne. The solution I was offered? Long-term antibiotics. I took them, because that's what you do. You trust the process and hope things get better. What I didn't realize at the time was the impact those years of antibiotics would have on my gut health, my hormones, and the way my body functioned overall. Symptoms I didn't yet have language for started to surface. And I spent a long time feeling like something was wrong with me, without really understanding why.
Then came motherhood, with all of its beauty and all of its weight.
My first birth experience was traumatic. An emergency C-section. A NICU stay. Postpartum depression that I navigated while running on empty. I was trying to hold everything together from the outside while my body and nervous system were quietly struggling underneath.
What frustrated me most during that season wasn't the struggle itself. It was how alone I felt in it, and how overwhelming wellness had become. There was endless information. Conflicting advice. An underlying pressure to do everything perfectly. And an unspoken message that if I just had more discipline, I'd finally feel better.
That message is wrong. And I know that now.
Over time, through education, through my own healing, and through pursuing a VBAC when I was told it wasn't possible, my perspective shifted completely.
Sustainable wellness is not built through restriction or willpower.
It's built through nourishment. Through understanding your body. Through nervous system support, consistent foundational habits, and learning to work with your biology instead of constantly fighting against it.
That is the philosophy I bring to every client I work with.

I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and functional wellness coach based in the Bay Area, working virtually with women and families across the country.
My approach is rooted in functional nutrition, which means we're not just managing symptoms. We're asking why those symptoms exist in the first place.
I specialize in gut health, blood sugar balance, nervous system regulation, hormone support, inflammation reduction, and realistic habit-building for real life. I work primarily with women between 30 and 45, many of them moms, who are navigating exhaustion, hormonal shifts, digestive issues, brain fog, or the frustrating feeling that they're doing everything right and still not feeling well.
My job isn't to hand you a plan and send you on your way. It's to walk alongside you, help you understand what your body is communicating, and build habits that actually hold, even in the middle of full schedules, kids' sports, work stress, and real life.
I believe most women don't need more information. They need clarity.
